Inside the mouthpiece, cotton soaked with liquid is placed. When you draw on your hookah, the smoke passes through the cotton and picks up the delicious flavor.

You simply attach the mouthpiece to your existing hookah mouthpiece to change the taste of your tobacco while smoking. Alternatively, you can use the manufacturer’s flavorless tobacco to enjoy only the nicotine from the base tobacco and the flavor from the mouthpiece.
