Amotion starts with an idea, not a standard stem

Amotion belongs to the brand world of Moze GmbH but is developed as a distinct hookah line. The main difference lies in the concept behind each model. Roam represents travel, FUTR science fiction, Flash Bang a futuristic flash grenade, Valve motorsport, Pedal RX mountain biking and Doppler uncomplicated daily use. Shape, purge, materials and smoking feel all follow the chosen theme. The models therefore behave like separate characters rather than the same stainless steel hookah wearing a different sleeve.

The Roam established the Amotion DNA

The first Amotion was not a conventional stem on a glass vase. It was a travel hookah only 15.8 cm tall with no fragile glass base. A heavy stainless steel core beneath the grippy soft-touch shell keeps the Roam stable despite its small footprint. The hose port sits underneath, water is added through a magnetic lid and purge smoke travels down the outside of the body. Amotion established from the beginning that handling, silhouette and purge should be designed together.

Every purge tells a different story

On the FUTR, smoke rises from the heart along the sleeve. The Flash Bang releases it through several openings around its grenade-like construction. Valve presents the purge like the exhaust of a racing car, while Pedal RX sends smoke out at the spring element and across the chainring-shaped charcoal tray. Doppler uses its second port for purging, and an optional upgrade can convert that same position into a second hose connection.

The draw is not standardised either

FUTR and Flash Bang have a light, direct and responsive pull. Roam is intended to smoke like a much larger hookah despite its travel format. Pedal RX is deliberately tuned with slightly more resistance, translating some of the effort of a downhill trail into the session. Doppler remains open while retaining controlled feedback during the draw. Amotion therefore offers genuinely different smoking characters, not only different exterior designs.

Materials follow the theme

Depending on the model, Amotion combines V2A stainless steel with aluminium, POM, ABS, silicone, glass and coated surfaces. Roam uses its soft-touch shell for protection and grip, Valve adds painted motorsport details, and Pedal RX uses a shock-absorber sleeve with a chainring-inspired tray. These parts need different care from bare stainless steel. Printed and painted areas should be stored dry, and glowing charcoal should not be placed directly on decorative graphics.

Who Amotion is made for

The brand suits users who want more than a technically clean hookah and prefer a model with a clear idea. Roam is made for travel, FUTR and Flash Bang work as compact daily drivers, and Valve or Pedal RX make a stronger statement as full-size themed hookahs. Doppler targets anyone who wants less disassembly and faster cleaning. The best model is therefore determined less by price than by how and where the hookah will actually be used.

From travel companion to a complete model range

Roam was followed by FUTR with its clear science-fiction language, then Flash Bang made the explosive purge the centre of the third model. Valve transferred the concept to an Amotion around 52 cm tall for the first time, while Pedal RX introduced mountain-bike details and a firmer pull. Doppler arrived in May 2026 as a deliberately uncomplicated everyday hookah. The development shows that Amotion does not follow one fixed silhouette. It translates themes into working hardware.

Flash Bang targets users who want the purge to become part of the show. Valve and Pedal RX need more space and rely heavily on their themed design. Doppler is the pragmatic choice for frequent sessions, quick cleaning and occasional two-person use.

Single hose is the foundation, Doppler opens the door to two

The established Amotion models are fundamentally designed as single-hose hookahs. Doppler, however, has a second port in the heart that normally operates the purge. With the matching hose adapter and check ball, it becomes a genuine second hose position. This makes the model more useful for couples or small sessions without requiring Amotion to build a bulky four-hose base.

Check the exact package and accessories

Scope of delivery is not identical across the range. FUTR was designed with a vase, hose and matching mouthpiece, while Flash Bang, Valve, Pedal RX and other listings often arrive without a tobacco bowl, HMD or mouthpiece. Roam is sold as the hookah itself and in travel, outdoor or full bundles. Model-specific sleeves, mouthpieces, coasters, diffusers and spare parts are also available. The exact product variation matters more than the model name alone.

Complex design does not have to mean difficult ownership

Flash Bang and Valve contain many visible and hidden components but remain accessible as plug-in hookahs. Pedal RX uses a magnetic hose connection and a diffuser that can be installed in an open or closed position. Doppler moves even further toward convenience: heart, sleeve, balls and stem remain permanently assembled and are cleaned as one unit. Users who value maximum disassembly will choose differently from those who want to finish cleaning quickly after a session.
