Glass is practically inert and hardly reacts with other substances. As a result, a freshly cleaned glass hookah always tastes absolutely neutral. Another advantage of glass hookahs is that the smoke can be observed when passing through the hookah and therefore gives glass hookahs a special look. One drawback is that glass pipes need to be cleaned often, especially because of their transparent nature, so that they also remain attractive. In addition, a glass hookah is usually useless once it has fallen over, as the glass usually breaks very easily.
