Description
After thoroughly mixing all the flavors, I loosely packed them into an 80 Feet bowl to keep the airflow open. Then I covered it with aluminum foil about 20 microns thick, poked two circular rows of holes along the outer edge, and set up the Turkish lid with three flat coals. After that, I managed the heat with two flat coals until the end of the session.Recommendations
